| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Was it that obvious she wasn’t feeling well? Brooklyn hated that idea even more than she’d disliked actually being sick. It meant she was showing weakness, losing a bit of what she liked showing people. She’d shaken her head in response to the questions Professor Glendower had asked her, anyway. No, she didn’t want to go see Healer Murdoch. At least, she wasn’t going if Cutty wasn’t going, and she’d noticed that the professor hadn’t asked him if he needed to go. Just her, and if it had been any other time, she would have been flattered that she’d gained the concern.
She was determined to try and get through this lesson, though. As long as her headache didn’t get any worse, she thought she’d be able to do at least that. She’d make it through with however much determination she needed to muster. She refused to show weakness.
But she stayed quiet when it came to the discussion of illuminated manuscripts. Anything she knew about them had already been said anyway. She didn’t see a reason to repeat an answer. It wouldn’t accomplish anything except make it seem she didn’t know anything special, when she knew she did.
