He had been aware of the Quill and may have read a few of their articles. As for the question on Abraxan racing, "I have been to quite a few in my University days. It's no more different than the other sporting events that take place in providing entertainment and exposure to main competitors involved." Did Miss McGee need more of an elaboration? He would have no trouble providing it if needed.
Eden smiled instantly at his words and reached out for the goose to lick or sniff her hand, whatever the goose wanted...and then reached ahead to stroke the goose's head.

Her hand was scribbling down his words as fast as she could. So..he had attended some?! That was cool. Eden did have a few followup questions she wanted to ask, yeah!
"So when you attended them while in University...did you enjoy them?" she asked curiously, her quill poised.
"Did you find the Abraxans were treated all right? I know there are some enthusiasts out there who oppose the racing of Abraxan--but there are others who find it perfectly acceptable."
