He was aware of how terrible of a way it would be to start his first year off as Professor, and so close to Christmas too, but he couldn't quell his concern. This, he needed to do. Even the troubled look of the Headmistress as he got to the top of the stairs and stepped into her office didn't dissuade him.

"What did I tell you, when you asked me if I could stand students finding out my most regrettable secret." Hello Professor. How are you? Pleased to meet Mr. Paranoid again?

He really didn't care, and his expression, as well as his hold on his wand, said as much.
Anastasia had done almost the same exact thing Sabel had, in her office, with her desk. Her simple family items and decorations were piled up on the shelf behind her desk, and on her desk were the 'definitely not touched' items, a separate pile for the 'suspect items,' as well as a third pile for the two 'definitely not here before' items.

These two newest items were, curiously enough, a handbook with the Cult of Walpurgis logo on it and a crinkled-up poster that looked as though it had just been dug out of the pocket of a child. WHY they were in her office was beyond her.... so, would Dakest have answers?

She looked up from the items to see him there looking like he absolutely wanted to destroy someone (or something). And, he had similar items in his hand...? What the---

"Why don't you sit down and remind me," she replied simply, quickly, gesturing toward the chair opposite her with one hand and pointing her wand at her teapot with the other. Tea. It was a necessity when one was shaken, and it would be simply unpatriotic of her not to serve some now.
