The balloon flew straight up into the air almost at a 90 degree angle and propelled itself towards the target. In a matter of a few minutes, the balloon burst open, splatting red paint right in the centre of the target.

YES! HE HAD GOTTEN IT. RIGHT IN THE CENTRE FOR A SECOND TIME!!

Mission accomplished. He had completed the homework!
