 Question for Apollo! (also Adrienne) Jupiter's Satellite
When Apollo mentioned, well actually when Adrienne mentioned it but that didn't matter. Someone mentioned it. When the topic of smaller mental capacity came up Tora immediately thought of wand trees and how they were...alive. They could choose their wizards and things, but she couldn't remember quite how that worked. It had been a couple years since there had been a wand making seminar at Hogwarts. Perhaps Apollo would know?
"A smaller mental capacity, yes, but it still needs to be there, right? Sorry, I know we're moving on, but I was just thinking that if wand wood has a consciousness of its own couldn't that consciousness just be a wizards?" Tora asked, but then realized that perhaps she wasn't being clear. This was purely hypothetical. "I'm not saying that they are because, as you said, the spell is new. I was just wondering if it was similar." There, that should be good.
But back to the activity! Tora grabbed a mug and plopped back down next to Adrienne. "Um. Immutare Arbore," she said, giving the spell a whirl though not really expecting much to happen. Nothing did. Common, Tora. She knew that in order for any transfiguration to work properly that it required concentration and a clear image of the product. Very well then.
"Immutare Arbore!" she cast and the mug started changing shape. Wonderful! But Tora didn't maintain her focus and... she ended up growing a ceramic tree. "Well, better than nothing," she said, showing her creation to Adrienne. "How are you coming along?"
