She yelped and quickly tried to trudge out of the water. "SNAP, TORA--" she laughed slightly as she zipped up her bag and slung it over her shoulder. "Hopefully it's not raining tonight--I don't fancy getting soaked again--" NOPE. She gestured for Tora to slosh after her towards the hopefully warm castle that awaited.

Homework, classes, and other various activities had Eden tired and HANGRY. But she had gone looking for Tora so they could come measure their little flags again. Merlin. "This is a pain. We should have opted for the essay option.." though, Eden wasn't as GOOD at the essays, they at least would have escaped the rain earlier.
....which, it had slackened up, but...it was still drizzling. Eden had her hood on her cloak drawn and just sighed. "This is terrible! You know what--can you impervious OUR BODIES? Or is that not possible?" she asked curiously, because....it was drizzling and they needed to wade back in the water.
More wetness.
More chances of catching a cold. "Yeah, but I don't want to be just writing another paper. Take the activity homework while you can," Tora said, falling into step beside Eden. Her mind was on all the other homework she had to do that night and how much of it was . She was certainly glad she didn't have to write an astronomy one on top of that pile. "Of course it's still raining," she grumbled as they neared the door. "If you want to try impervious I certainly wouldn't mind, Impervious!" She tried it on herself first and then walked right out in the middle of the gloomy drizzle. The water still hit her, but it just ran off like she were covered in wax or something. "I'm still getting rained on, and it feels weird, but I suppose I'm still...dry. Sort of." Tora said shaking off droplets that were collecting on her arms.
....
The water wasn't nearly as choppy as it had been that morning when she got down to the lake. This curtain of drizzle seemed to come without wind, another difference from the earlier storm that she was grateful for. Tora splashed towards her blue flag and pulled out her water resistant ruler. "Well, I'd say... wow, it looks like it's up by half a foot from this morning," she said. Not that she could write down '3 feet' until she was back inside anyway. The bloody rain.
