And then the fourth year tried the spell they were supposed to practice again, this time with correct pronunciation and wand movement. It was at that moment that he realized that HE was closer to the targets than she was and her wand was pointed near him. He looked around for the supposed moving balloon she was aiming for.

Ah...there it was.

Benny was quick to move as he registered the miss and how close it was to HIM instead. "Alarte Ascendare!" he cast himself, trying to take control of the paint-filled balloon, managing to direct it wildly to another target instead. He couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief. No painted lion today.
