Sometimes she jumped at things without giving the situation enough thought especially back at home but here at the castle she'd grown a bit more cautious. With her eyes fixed on the creatures on the other side of the fence she was quiet for a few moments just observing them. When the older Slytherin spoke again however Hady turned to look at her. "That's quite true but some people aren't so bad either." Really it could go either way for her depending on her mood. Sometimes you just needed the comfort of a pet or familiar creature and others you needed a friend that could talk back. At her housemate's introduction of herself the young snakette smiled a little. "Nice to officially meet you Agatha, I'm Hady Lynch." Just Hady cause Hadleigh wasn't necessary, was it?
