Zander looked like a bundle of nerves…really, maybe if she’d finished that confidence spray and gotten it to the human test subject level things would be well, easier for him. She wondered as she listened to him greet her…yeah, that potion would have helped him loads or at least she hoped it would.
“Okay, good luck Zander,” she nodded, as she stepped closer to the door. “If you know…there’s talk of one of us not having a badge I just want you to know” she blurted out and stood there poised to knock and simply fiddling with her shirt sleeve. “that I think you should keep yours” she added before turning abruptly as if she could only move at ninety degree angles and knocked on the door.
Please don’t be mad at them, she hoped as she knew she was slightly late…if her lateness jeapordised them she would ask Professor Flamsteed to give Zander HER badge or well…at least give it to Emmy or someone who would do well under the pressure.
