Time to try the spell out for real!
Lux closed her eyes and focused really hard on emptying her mind. Concentration was really important, and it sounded like this spell required a lot of it if. That was not worrying her though, because she felt a lot more confident about her spellwork than she used to. She could do anything that she set her mind to!!
The only thought she let enter her brain was what she wanted the spell to do. Once she felt ready, she tapped her head with the wand. "Aquatraxi Gravita." Clearly it hadn't worked because the balloon wasn't drawn to her. No matter. Lux tried again with even more concentration, and this time it actually worked!! Smiling, she watched the balloon come towards her and go SPLAT against her leg. Water went everywhere and she felt happy. "Cool." |
