Nessa had spent a good part of the day at the library, looking through some history books that she hadn't perused in a while. She had plenty in her own collection, but she was looking for something new, something to shake things up a bit. And that's where she had been coming from when she headed back to her office.

Carrying a couple books in her arms with the intent on reading them on her plush sofa, she spotted someone tucked away in her cushiony hammock outside her office door. Someone who she recognized to be one Emmylou Duchannes as she got closer to the girl. "Why, hello there, Emmylou!" Nessa exclaimed, smiling brightly. "I hope you weren't waiting too long?" She would feel bad for not being in her office at the time she got here if she had been waiting a while, but at least she had a comfortable seat.

Emmylou stood up as Professor Glendower walked into the seating area. "Hello." She beamed. The sixth year shook her head. "No, I haven't but I've been running around the castle all day so I just wanted to take a break and sit down while I said hello to some of my favorite professors." She nodded, happily. "How was your summer?" She was curious if any of the professors had fun or not during the summer.
