Natalia had finished touring the upper levels as she scavenged down from the Gryffindor tower. She poked at some portraits (possibly woke some of them up unintentionally) and lurked in several empty classrooms. Hogwarts so HUUUUUGE and she LOVED it.
Now that the curious Lioness had reached the kitchen level, she had began to to feel a little tired. Maybe she could poke in the kitchen and grab something good to eat.
Wait a minute. Where was the entrance to the kitchen? o.O
Perhaps Natalia could ask the help of one of the Hufflepuffs; they should know, since they practically live down here. But the hall was completely empty with no living soul in sight. Great.
Refusing to give in, Natalia stood in front of the rather ugly, in her opinion portrait of a fruit bowl. She crossed her arms and stared straight at the portrait, not exactly using her brain to think, but mentally glowering at the fact she could not enter the kitchen.
GRRRRRR.
Leah was HUNGRYYY.
You couldn't help but be constantly hungry if you were a Hufflepuff and lived near the Kitchen. When she rounded the corner to her favorite corridor however, she was surprised to find nobody there except for a younger girl. But this place was supposed to be crowded with staff and students alike! She gave a friendly smile to the Gryffindor who was staring at the portrait.
"Are you going in?" asked Leah. It was always quite amusing to watch new students figuring out how to go into the Kitchen. Sorry, guys.
