Benny hadn't been sure about coming to the new professor at first. He might have felt more comfortable...more familiar with Professor Romanos, but now it was out of the question. And Thompson had told him to try his best to do well in DADA to lead to his future endevours. Yet with all the work and studying and getting assistance from Adi he had only managed an Acceptable on his OWLs. Somehow he didn't think that was good enough. And that Professor Dakest might have some ideas of help.
At least he hoped so.
So here he was, down in the first floor corridor and coming to the office in question during the first week of September while stuff hadn't yet gotten busy. Or rather the seating area outside it, clearly decorated to the new man's tastes. Benny walked past the fire pit and chairs to come to the door, giving it a polite knock before stepping back. Looking around again absently, he settled on a perch by the fire.
