And since he knew a few short cuts, he could still make it back to the Gryffindor common room before the prefects got there with the rest of the house in tow.

This was so exciting! She was actually doing the pet rock adoption fair! Penelope was feeling extra bouncy right now, and it wasn’t because she needed the loo. ~~Actually, now that she was thinking about it… She could wait.~~

Ooh, flyers for the pet rocks! Penelope took the posters and saluted the astronomy professor. ”I’ll hand these out.” Headmistress’ speech. That was the kind of thing that she should be around to hear. Speeches like that tended to include important information. The rock on the poster looked so cute! Wait, what was that? The first letter of the sentence at the bottom of the poster wasn’t capitalized! Penelope fought the urge to get out a quill to correct all of the posters. She was just going to live with it and play a game that she liked to call ‘see if any other Ravenclaws notice it and fix it.’ Most other people probably wouldn’t care.
