The train trip had gone faster than usual, perhaps cause of the drama of the prefect compartment, with the carriage ride following suit. But alas, now they were back in the castle and Benny felt like he was home. Granted he loved his family and the summers spent with them but Hogwarts just had that....feel to it. A place he didn't mind being holed up in for most of the year, as long as his best friends were around with him.
Making his way towards the familiar table, Ben took a look around both as the gathering spot of the lions and at the Great Hall as a whole. Few students had made their way as of yet, the sixth year only reconizing one person at the Gryffindor table with another new face. A glance at the staff table showed most had already arrived with a new face there as well. The lion counted the seats and registered it as DADA.
It seemed Professor Romanos really was gone from their ranks.
He moved to take a seat on one of the benches, figuring to snag a spot for now. Plenty of time to wander during the feast and later on. Speaking of later on, Benny couldn't help but wonder who would be assisting Professor Flamsteed if it wasn't the defense professor. Guess he'd find out later.
