Emmylou held her bright purple trunk that she had painted. She was told not to paint it but she was bored and babysitting her baby cousin Chase and ended up painting it. Emmylou didn't know why but she did know that she always greeted people like that unless they already knew who she was from a mutual friend then she would just say her first name.

Emmylou looked up at the rack. "Thank you, thank you." She smiled at the boy. Guy? Was that a better term? She could do this. The four foot, eleven inch girl picked up her trunk and tried to put it up on the rack but she was still a little short for it.
