Actually, he didn't really have a great reason for avoiding the compartment. Lottie had said that it wasn't a requirement and in all honesty, he much rather spend the train ride with the likes of Sophie Brown and-- Oh. That is where this introduction was going. Yes. Sophie Brown. Sophie Brown of Ravenclaw House. Sophie Brown new PREFECT of Ravenclaw House. That is exactly why he was walking into this particular compartment today.

Luckily, Prefects were at the front so it wasn't that hard to find the compartment. A very easy journey and there were plenty of empty seats in--SOPHIE. And that's when a big goofy grin made it's way onto his face as he pulled open the door and stuck his head in. "Hey Prefect," ~~and best friend ahem~~ "can I sit with you in your compartment?" Sophie deserved to be prefect more than anyone in the whole world. Zander believed that whole-heartedly. It was her compartment this whole time.
