Once Junia was sure Abey had his broom, she turned her attention to the girl with the colorful socks. She liked the unicorns on them best and decided right then and there that someday she'd have her very own unicorn and it would be just as majestic as she was! Maybe she could convince daddy to get her one for her birthday? Maybe!
"Hi. M'Junia and this is Abey. What's your name?" The eight year old looked over the little red head and then offered a smile because she was cute and ickle like Abey and maybe she wanted Junia to look out for her too. Did this count as baby-sitting? Maybe she could get paid so she'd have some money to put in her pixie bank!
Pretty soon they were being bossed around by the beater and Junia bounced a little on the balls of her feet because this meant they were starting soon! "C'mon!" She said excitedly to the two smaller kids by her sides, indicating where the Romalotti guy was telling them to stand. She then headed that way, pausing to wiggle her fingers under her chin at the new guy. THAT guy! She'd seen that guy! "He's a seeker for the Ballycastle Bats!" Y'know, just in case anyone was wondering.
