Her face felt a bit warm as usual, but if he asked if she was alright, she could possibly just say she felt nauseous from the portkey, even she wasn't, right? Right?
Before she could say something to him, she turned to look at Professor Thompson as he told everyone not to get too comfortable for there was going to be someone arriving soon to show them around, which this man appeared not too long after they had. He introduced himself as Scott Maclaren. She smiled a little bit, still holding Ethan's hand, as Mr. Maclaren was speaking to the group & seemed very excited to be showing them around. She may not have been showing it too much, but she was very excited to begin this journey as well.
Even after years of side-apparating, Ethan can’t help but feel sick after travelling via portkeys. The first few moments were fun though, but during the travel...bleugh. Gross. As consolation however, he didn’t fall flat on his face...or bum. He exited the travel like a pro, and what was better? He was still holding hands with Josie. The sixteen year old turned and checked his
datecompanion.
“Everything okay?” he asked with a grin. Ethan secretly searched her if she was really okay because...ahem. Concerned friend right there.
It didn’t take long for everyone to arrive. He tugged Josie along to the side so that no one will land on them accidentally. Sure, they were able to exit flawlessly, but some of the damage happens right after you do it. Now that they were on the safe spot, Ethan looked down and saw that Josie was still holding his hand. The Slytherin looked away, trying his best not to giggle. Good Merlin. Forcing himself to focus his attention to the guide, Ethan cleared his thoughts as Mr. Scotty Watchamacallit introduced himself. Well, his first name was easy to recall, yes? Mr. Scotty, the Scot from Scotland, their Scottish Guide. Cool, cool.
