That was Sky's simple reply to the Auror 's request, order or whatever it was supposed to be. This wasn't the way the department used to be run, according to Aunt Roxi, nor was it supposed to be. She didn't even remember Emily running things this way. Sigh.
Rainey's assistant got a nod and a mouthed 'thank you' as she chimed in. Alexa was being ridiculous. "A threat? From what I saw, you're the one that's the threat to the Ministry," she said, using her wand to release the unfairly arrested woman's cuffs. And she'd only been disillusioned because Rainey had asked them to spy on the other departments. Of course, she wasn't going to say that in front of someone from another department, nope. Besides, it seemed like her fellow YATI was the one that needed to be watched. Way too eager to climb that ladder, that one.
