Yes, Sky had seen the whole thing, having cast a disillusionment charm on herself before going down to the Food Court. Why? Well, Rainey had basically told them to spy on the other departments right? So, she was simply doing her job. But, it looked like someone needed to keep an eye on a certain freshman YATI too. Because she was taking the whole 'keep the holding cells full' thing way too far. Arresting someone for simply accidentally spilling their coffee on her or making her drop her candy or whatever it was she was claiming? Outrageous.

Sky folded her arms in front of her, leaned in the doorway and stayed there, eyebrow raised.
