Annabelle had just recently gotten the news of Gregoire's death at Hogwarts. Pity. She knew that boy well, and was a friend to the family. Her condolences went out to their loss. Even though, his stupidity did in fact get the best of him. That boy was more of a Gryffindor sometimes. Always running into problems without thinking it through. Unlike his younger sister. From what the metamorphmagus could remember, his sister would always think things through. Always using her surroundings to her advantage. Only attacking when her opponent let their guard down. Remembering the two dueling once, Gregoire was the primary attacker, while she was the primary defender.

Still, even though it was his stupidity that bested him, Annabelle had to feel sorry for the family. She just had to. It was proper and polite.

To get her mind off of that thought and the stress of work, the ex-Ravenclaw woman walked to the restaurant across the street. Her wand safely tucked inside the holster stitched on the inside of her coat. The DMLE badge was also pinned carefully on the inside. To ensure to no muggles would see them, and start to ask questions. Otherwise, she might just have Obliviate the sorry and innocent person. Even still, doing that in public wouldn't settle very much amongst her co-workers in the Ministry.

Fixing her navy blue, curly hair, the lady took a seat outside, since it was nice out. Notebook and pen taken out, she jotted something down real quick.
