It was Christmas Eve. Max’s father was kind enough to let his girlfriend, Minnie stay with them and Max might have shown off a little as Gryffindors often do. He maybe serenaded her with a song. Just his guitar and his voice. The little cottage filling up with the acoustics

She seemed happy, Smiling. Would they always be this way? She wasn’t only his girlfriend but his best friend. The person he could always turn to. So of course in his mind he couldn’t see this changing, because why would it? The fourteen-year-old knew this would be this way always.
