A look back at the desk, he took a half-step and almost moved to retrieve the professor turned toad to remove him as well but the woman was already heading in that direction. The Gryffindor bit the inside of his cheek as he momentarily debated, before realizing there wasn't much he could really do for the other man. Not without a wand to try and stand up to the transfiguration professor.

The silent apology was said in his head as he first stepped backwards towards the office door with a sigh. Even though he meant it...somewhat. Wasn't like the man didn't have some clue as to what they had been getting into before the start of the butterfly garden. Then Ben turned completely around and headed to the door. The door that thankfully turned and opened as it was apparently no longer locked.
