Okay, so he had a clean page, and now he had to find- HUZZAH! A pencil. The teeny tiny stub of the very pencil he'd been issued at that first map club meeting. Toby had been wondering where that went. Apparently in his pocket. Who knew.
NOW he could get stuck into sketching the layout of the corridor.
"Are there any secret chambers up here?" Just, like, CHECKING.

Gabriel usually wasn't one to insert himself into a situation...but there was a Toby. And the redhaired Headmistress....and Professor Bellaire. Though, the latter of the three was quite terrifying. Gabe had at least seen the Headmistress smile before...but that didn't matter. This was all in the name of mapping and finding out secrets about his home away from home...and the truth of the matter was that he'd been feeling a bit out of touch. So, here he was.
...and it might've been a bit rude, but Gabe had been eavesdropping.
No, he hadn't personally seen anything amiss in the Sixth Floor bathroom...but he didn't exactly use that one, anyway. One of the perks of the badge was the Prefect's bathroom and Gabe took advantage of it. If not just for the better privacy...as just anyone could walk into the others.......and he was shy. Just to be honest.
However, he did use the Spare Office on this floor quite a bit. Nothing had come to his attention. So....
He cleared his throat...in a respectful way, of course.
"May I join you...?"
