He dared not to look up at Prefect Zander Adair as he sulked out of the Office and back to the Dorms. He couldn't even bring himself to tell Puck not to apologize to him, that he should be the one who was sorry. He knew it himself that he was solely responsible for the events of today. Aegis went into the Forest, Aegis cost Zander and Puck their badges, Aegis even silenced Gregoire.
Even though he did it for his safety and Zander's, it had hindered the Frenchie's ability to protect himself.
Aegis knew he helped Gregoire die today.
He looked at them....he didn't want to go back to the Dorms, he didn't want to see anyone else right now. "C-can I lock-down here? I need to see the Healer." He'd rather not go to the Hospital Wing right now, according to the Patronus Aegis assumed...not all of Gregoire was eaten.
