She stuffed a few more pebbles in her sock and then tossed it up to the main rock pile before turning to her fellow Gryffindor. Amur was grinning widely and nodding, over and over and over again. "You, are brilliant, Zeke! Just BRILLIANT." So brilliant she could also hug him for it, but just...no.

Gathering up her second sock, she began stuffing more pebbles into it with earnest. "Maybe, we should do the small ones first, and then work our way up to the big ones?" Get a lot of practice in before attempting the motherlode. "And I'm sure Professor Flamsteed won't mind. He has a thing about rocks." If, Zeke hadn't noticed already. Which she was sure he had.

The rocks clunk-clunked on top of one another as she stuffed them in the stretching sock. They were definitely going to be too big for her feet now, but she didn't mind. They were creating dragons! "Gonna have to think of a way to keep the bridge in place though. Maybe a ridgeback?"

Ridge...back. Sounded like it could support a bridge.

She was nodding... over and over and over again. Was this normal girl behaviour? He hadn't seen anyone agree with him as much as she agreed with him now. Scary. SCARY. She must be somewhat unstable, surely, hence the rocks. Of course, Zeke figured he was just as unstable if that really was the case, he was only too happy to get stuck into picking them up off the back and tossing them onto the pile. He would be able to transport them to the primary pile with his jacket as soon as he felt he was done, or as soon as Amur said it was okay for him to stop. It was all the same to him.

But...

BRILLIANT?

He was BRILLIANT? It wasn't the first time he'd heard that compliment, but it was certainly not one he was used to by any stretch of the imagination. He was more accustomed to hearing how silly or dumb he had been than anything else. So this was nice.

"Thanks," he beamed, "so're you though, cause, your idea," he added.

Head down he continued collecting dragons-to-be and adding them to their growing pile. "I'm all for practice, and having a flock of dragon minions would be awesome anyway," he was not complaining. Not. At. All.

Keeping the bridge up would be a challenge for sure, and he LOVED Amur's suggestion. A Ridgeback... HAHAHAHA BRIDGEBACK!!!! "Omg that's totally genius!" he chuckled, still amused with the thought. "We're totally doing that."
