"My pleasure- Dragonlord." HAH. How funny did that sound? Finn only said it to go along with her. See if she liked hearing it aloud. She probably did. He wold be awaiting her reaction. It was kinda nice knowing that she would take his ideas and use them for herself, that he helped and all. Even if the potion, for whatever it was for didn't work out, she would still consider the grass. "Tell me.. tell me how it goes?" Yeah, she should. He was like the helper of it in some ways.

Eyebrow raise. Did Beverly's laugh just get.... squeaky? He tried to shake it off and pretend he imagined it. Beverly wasn't that type of girl, was she? "I won't even... even try to solve you." He simply said, smiling slightly. She even said it was impossible. The boy would not waste his effort on something pointless. "Do-do I?" Nope. No he didn't. Beverly was just saying that so he could feel better or something. Ok, but he had to laugh. In fact, he was laughing so hard he could barely say what he wanted to, "You..." Laugh, head shake, smiling "Look like- like Agatha." More laughing and smiling. It made him wonder if they taught each other that. He even imitated the hair flip slightly. Please don't be insulted Beverly.

"Ye-yeah, sure, let's go together." He got up, still laughing and shaking his head, but he was trying to even out his breathing. God, please don't be insulted Beverly. Finn definitely liked today, hanging with his friend, yes. Lovely day.

What? It did sound like a sweet and she was being honest about it. Maybe it was her brain that was hardwired to food, but Finn agreed and it even amused him. Good. That meant no awkwardness or anything.

Looking up from the piece of grass she'd been twirling between her fingers, Beverly laughed. A nice, genuine laugh. "I love that, I do." It even made her chest feel all warm. Anything dragon related did. She was soooo in love with them. "I'll send you an owl over the summer if I do it." Maybe even send him a phial of it if it turned out to be something cool since he was half the brains on this.

He was leaving her mystery untouched, wasn't he nice. "Not really. It was suppose to be something close to sarcasm." She'd just told him she was unsolvable. Duh. She what? Head tilting, Beverly waited for him to continue through his laugh--

What?

. . . . .

She narrowed her eyes at him, then poked him right on his bicep, trying to fight off amusement. "I do not look like her. I'm taller." Not by much. "My hair is waaay longer. My eyes are multi-colored and...I don't look like her." Great defense there, Wayne. It had to be the hair thing maybe. Dear Agatha was famous for that. "She flips her hair." As reinforcement Beverly mimicked the Agatha-hair-flip. "I do this." Bringing her hair over her shoulder, she tossed it all behind her back in a swift move. "It's a toss, not a flip." Completely different. Now he learned something new.

Still amused and trying to hide it, though she was doing a poor job at it, Beverly stood up and dusted her robes. "Breath, Finn. I'll let it slip just this time." With a smirk his way, she lead them up the grounds and inside.
