Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite

As the female Prefect began speaking, Maddox could feel the warmth stretch across his face. It might have bordered on blind rage if the man was capable of such a thing, but he was not. What he was, was appalled and disappointed and ridiculously annoyed. She wasn't helping at all. "Do you think about what you say before you say it Miss Greyvson? What do you mean you didn't know there were Acromantulas in the Forbidden Forest. Why would any responsible Prefect decide that a place housing beasts that prey on human flesh is a good place to host an event?"

There were younger students who would never be able to defend themselves should things go bad and he wouldn't even begin to get into the logistics. Every Professor would have to be on constant watch and if things went bad, someone--a few someones at that would inevitably never make it. That was the problem with crowds. Perhaps the greatest insult was her doing the 'Gryffindor' thing. "I was a Gryffindor, I learned what the 'Gryffindor' thing is and if you think rushing head first into uncertainty and possibly endangering yourself is a Gryffindor thing I believe it's time you were demoted back to First Year." Leave that shot of ignorance to the eager younger students that had yet to get a clue.

"Recklessness should never be confused for bravery. They're quite different things and usually one ends in death." Given the circumstances, he didn't have to tell them which they had displayed earlier.

Now perfectly nettled by one Prefect, the other was not spared the look he shot him. "Did you think that made you a good Leader? Walking in because he wouldn't come out?" That logic was perhaps almost as twisted as the girl's. "Contrary to what you may believe, compromise is not always the best approach. The Groundskeeper has a hut near the forest. If he refused to leave, you should have run to get him. Never let someone else draw you into their recklessness. It's a poor reflection on you."

And yes, no one would know why the Slytherin of all of them displayed the most recklessness. Would Miss Greyvson argue that he was doing the 'Gryffindor' thing too? As for Mister Dane, who had opted for complete silence. "You have yet to tell me what you were doing in the forest but what is sounds like was you blatantly flounces around a rule that shouldn't be taken lightly, the consequence for which we all see now." Funny how he went in, pulling others but it was the other that died. REAL funny. Not. "That will be 10 points from each of you; 20 from you Mister Dane. The forest is forbidden for reasons. I don't think anyone will need to remind any of you of that anymore." He would wait for the Headmistress to say her piece before ordering them all back to their Common Rooms. Did they have anything to say for themselves?
