~ Rise and Rise Again, Until Lambs become Lions ~ Help? Of course she wanted help. She couldn't exactly make all these dragons on her own, now could she? Well, she probably could, but it would take a long time and then there was that issue of control. Two heads and four hands would be better than one and two for this task. And she trusted Zeke. Especially given his first question was how and not why.
Amur waved him over, massive grin in place. "Would love it." And would be foolish to deny it.
She thought about handing him one of her socks to fill up, and then thought better of it. People tendy to be picky about holding other people's foot clothing. "I just want to get a feeeew more rocks," so like, two more sock-loads, "and then I think we'll have enough." Maybe.
Maybe they needed more. Ambition. By the grin on Zeke's face, she could tell he had it.
"Oh, but there's two rules to this." She straightened and tried to turn very serious. It was hard. "First, they have to stay small. Or, as small as they are created." Cause really, all Professor Quigley had said was that they couldn't enlarge them. If they started out large, well now that was a nice loophole, wasn't it?
"So, we need to find a boulder." Yup. Totally needed a boulder.
And the second, the second was really important. "Two, we have to maintain control of them."
