The Conference Room sits in one corner of the Level, between the Minister's Office and the Work Area and Cubicles. The Minister of Magic has a door that leads directly from his office to the Conference Room itself. Employees are prohibited from using this door to meet with the Minister unless given his express permission.

A very large table sits in the middle of the room with some comfortable chairs tucked in neatly around the table. A pitcher of water and a few glasses can be found towards the middle of the table. Looking for more refreshments? Look no further than the two refreshment tables sitting on either side of the room opposite each other. Drinks such as tea, coffee and numerous juices, both hot and cold, can be found here along with some cookies, biscuits, scones, doughnuts and muffins.

Like any other conference room, this one also has a number of boards sitting in each of the corners, ready for use. While the room is generally open to many, anyone wishing to hold a meeting here will need to check in at the Lobby first.
