It's not normal.” Leo was worried and confused.

Professor Tanner was here now. That was good. What? She had found a door? Was it safe? Where did it go? What was it? "A door? Does it look... safe? Any idea where it leads to?" Maybe it was an emergency exit of some kind... which could mean that the tower really was collapsing and they needed to get out so the emergency exit door had appeared. Turning to Penelope he nodded affirmatively. "Yes, run up and check that nobody is injured in the girl’s dorms Penelope thank you. And also note if any furniture has broken or toppled over end." The shakes were still strong so it wasn’t impossible.
Walking forward to peer into the crack Leo said over his shoulder. "It looks safe. We should investigate where the door leads as a group. Everyone should get their wands out." He took a deep breath to calm himself. He was a Ravenclaw, and Ravenclaws were smart. Bu he watched as an older student ran into the door in the wall. Was she really a Ravenclaw? "I don't think you should do that!" He screamed after her. A professor should really be the one doing that, not a student. When Austin came back down and reported that aside from a fallen books, nobody was injured Leo was relieved. It felt like a small stone left his shoulders. "Thank you Austin." He said before he turned to peer into the open door again. "It looks like a tunnel or a passage to somewhere."
Before Leo however could voice his many queries Evangeline Shackelbolt passed him, pushed open the door and disappeared inside. "Get back here! We don’t know if it’s safe." He bellowed after the fifth year. Getting his wand out he glanced back at Tiara, Penelope and Austin. "I'm going in after Evangeline. Are you coming?" Not waiting for answer Leo hurried after Evangeline.
