Sorting through gobstone sets and wizards' chess pieces that were not properly put back, the astronomer was growing mildly frustrated with the fact that it seemed like the deck - or was it decks? - of Exploding Snap he thought he had put in the game lounge were no where to be found.

Were they in the boys' dormitories? Certainly he could make the excuse that he was making his rounds and go 'inspect' those. If they were in the girls' dormitories...well...maybe he would go find Meriberry and make her go look for him...

"Woooooah there!" he exclaimed, jumping slightly when he felt a force bump into him from behind. Pivoting, Lumos went off in his head when he saw Miss Valentine. No need to go find Meriberry now!

"No need to apologize, Miss Valentine," he dismissed with a crooked smile. "I have a very firm....er..." Nevermind, Flamsteed. Don't finish that thought. "Hope whatever it is isn't too terribly serious..."
