The first customer of the weekend, a little Hogwarts Bug, how precious. Edina made her way down the stairs, three cats trailing behind her as she did. This made her a little slower as she tried to avoid stepping on any of her darling little babies but soon enough she was behind the counter with a smile.

"Welcome! Welcome! What can I do for ya?" Coming to the counter, she assumed this one either had questions or an item (ItemS maybe? Hmmm?) she'd like to purchase. It was only a second later that she noticed the set the girl had with her. Ah that explained it.

SPOILER!!: Ezra and Paige

His mom had told him in her last letter to stop putting them in his back pocket and that if he kept it up one day he'd accidentally put his wand in there and it would either break or something worse.

Besides that, he wanted to get some cool quills with the money he had won from his bet with Professor Quigley before he probably blew it all later that day with his friends. Entering the shop he walked around the different displays looking for cool and interesting types of quills that lit up, made sound, or had disappearing ink.

It was during this search that he came up behind a girl that looked only slightly younger than himself, with short hair. She was ducked behind a shelf of scrapbooks and staring over at the female Gryffindor Prefect and the Ravenclaw Prefect dude. "Hey!" he said loudly. "Do you like him or something? I don't think Puck's his girlfriend."

OR was she just a SPY? Obviously he couldn't ask her that because she wouldn't tell.

And the Gryffindor prefect kind-of-sort-of frightened her a bit. Not necessarily in a bad way, per say, but still kind of scary.

Dropping the scrapbook with a loud thud to the ground, the second year let out a nails-on-the-chalkboard-esque squeak when someone shouted from behind her. Scrambling on all fours briefly, she scooped the book back up in her arms and hid behind the stand so that not even a curl was left in sight. "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Not so loud!" she pleaded with the boy, not even paying attention to who it was as she used the scrapbook to cover his lips. And properly slapped him in the mouth with said item while doing so.

...

That was really loud, horrifyingly loud and for a moment Edina stood perfectly frozen as she listened to the shrill sounds of yet another Hogwarts Student. A cat or two hissed but the woman was much too busy realizing that this one was attacking another with her stationery.

"Now now, there'll be none 'o that in here, young Miss. These items are all to be respected." Did she want to know what she was doing on the floor a moment ago? Maybe... Edina looked to the boy. "You alright then?" No injuries in her shop please.

He enjoyed sharing ideas...

.

.

....and there was Thunder. Gabriel tensed for a moment...but only a moment because he'd made the decision NOT to tell his family about the Prefectship. Though, Thunder hadn't been included in the choice. He was the equivalent of a black sheep and hardly came around, since writing had taken his focus (which...Gabe had all the material he'd published to date). Some guilt was felt, though. He'd been so focused on being a recluse, he'd forgotten to owl.

...but as an aside, Gabriel was comforted by his present. He knew that Thunder would get them away from the situation if he was uncomfortable. But all was fine for now. He had to get these journals and then worry about more parchment. His notes were nothing to joke about, okay?

"Everything's okay."......Sigh. And not to be a total jerk, Gabe squinted at Puck. "This is my brother, Thunder." He didn't bother mentioning the 'Ward' last name, as he didn't want the Gryffindor to ask uncomfortable questions. Ones that weren't any of her business. He quickly collected eight of the plain journals and started for the parchment packs.

Thunder frowned slightly as the woman said that they were kidding. Seriously, she obviously didn't know Gabe very well ... and she had just him... so that seemed far fetched. However as he watched her glance back and forth between them he couldn't help the slight smirk that graced his lips. They didn't really look much a like, their build was similar - and their eyes were both the same colour... but their hair were completely different. However, that didn't change the fact that they were brothers.

100% as far as he was concerned. Blood be damned.

Not fair... Huh. Smirk. Well, he wouldn't say that it was unfair - but he had realised over the years that there seemed to be a few genes that had lended themselves to the good looks of all fifteen of his siblings. And yes, he did say fifteen. They were all individuals, and mostly hot-headed... but in general he got on with most of them. With so many siblings you would expect to fall out occasionally... at the very least - and they all did that to varying extents and degrees.

However - he was here to see Gabe and to catch up on his youngest brothers news. He's been a rubbish brother lately - and it showed. Gabe looked stressed, though that could have something to do with that stack of journals and the blonde woman who seemed to want to keep pestering him. Hmm, he'd have to keep an eye out for her annoying him while they were still here.

"Nice to meet you." He said, with a charming smile; his blue eyes lighting up as he waved his hand slightly towards her. He took a few steps towards the parchment, as he followed Gabe and allowed him to finish up his shopping before they moved on to get some food and .... peace. He eyed the woman and wondered how long it would take them to have privacy... That was, after all, one of the best things about meeting at Hogsmede.

Gabe seemed tense…Puck glanced over to the guy and raised her eyebrow wasn’t that Thunder Ward? The Writer? She’d read his stuff the fantasy adventure stuff? “Wait…Thunder Ward?” Puck asked and glanced over between the guys. “Thunder Ward’s your brother? Lucky.” She grinned.

“I’ve read a lot of your books honestly,” She admitted grinning and then she remembered Gabe. Oh merlin. “I know you’re probably going to give me that you read look or comment and I do…” she admitted in a somewhat blank tone like geeeze yeah I have a brain Banner.

“Nice to meet you as well,” she grinned at him….he wasn’t her idol really but he was close when it came to writing skills. Puck smiled at them before shifting where she stood and heading to find parchment and ink because it was needed…OWLs.

“Er…Gabe how many notes did you take when reviewing for OWLs?” She asked in a concerned tone as she really wanted to pass.

Busy busy the shop was busy today and it left Edina simply tickled pink. With this many students her little precious could all look forward to that new scratching post.

Had she even heard one saying he'd want eight? Eight what? Business was BOOMING or so she liked to tell herself sometimes when she overheard conversations. Hehe.

"Do you Dears need anything?"
