Post 2 ~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
Someone had asked another question that Adi had been wondering. Did the dragon they transfigure have to be a usual one? Couldn't it be one from say... a movie? While Adi waited for that question to be answered, he decided he would work towards transfiguring an Antipodean Opaleye. If he wasn't successful by the time the question was addressed, he would switch back to the original dragon he had in mind.
So, stone set in front of him, the Hufflepuff raised his wand as he concentrated on one of the most beautiful dragons ever. "Draconifors!'' Cue the slashing movement from left to right! Adi had pulled up the image of the dragon in his mind and so as best as he possibly could, he concentrated on it.
But it didn't work... the stone remained a stone. Of course -___- "Draconifors!'' Adi concentrated once more and did the slashing movement again. Annnd he failed again. Hmph. Transfiguration was not his friend at times. But he refused to let it get the best of him and the fifth year proceeded to repeat the spell.
