Dante LIKED the professor. Yes, they needed to silence these talking plants because it was getting both annoying and weird. Plants weren't supposed to talk! They were supposed to sway back and forth to the wind and give oxygen or be useful in potions or whatever. But not talk, and most definitely not copy people'e talk. Dante just frowned at the plant and didn't speak further. Good thing it didn't copy their moves, too. That would have been super weird.
Anyway, spell practicing time.
The snake was familiar with the spell very much. He was familiar with most of them. But he rarely got the chance to try it out and see if he got the hang of it or not. However, it was now the time to see about this spell.
First, he started waving his wand around without the incantation, just getting the hang of the movement. When it seemed that his hand could do it without a problem, since it was a simple one he turned to face the toadstool.
"Silencio," He said jabbing his wand at the plant. Pause. Silencio, the plant repeated. Hmph. That obviously did not work.
