Oh! There she was! Adi noted she was standing a very good distance away from the water. That was to be expected. But hopefully today would be the day Margo got rid of her fear of the Squid and thus the Lake in general.

"Heya, Margo!'' The fifth year approached her. "There's no need to be afraid. Just trust me, okay?'' He gave the girl a cheery smile before proceeding towards the water. Reaching the shore so that his sneakers were just an inch from the water, he cupped his hands around his mouth. "Helloooooo? Mr Squid, you there?"

Suddenly the placid surface of the lake was broken by a great deal of bubbles followed shortly after by the head of Bartholomew Henry.
