The Gryffindor walked into the potions room feeling a little less meh than he normally did. Which was a good sign, right? It meant that he felt a little lesson intimidated by the idea. Which was definitely a good sign. It also meant that... Actually, what did it mean? Either Culloden had really gotten to him or Sophie Brown had. And he wasn't sure which was worse.
As he walked by the Professor's desk he gave him a humble nod of the head. Normally he'd give him a look that said 'absolute terror' or something... But now that the man had agreed to help... And now that he'd promised Sophie Brown that he'd try and look past the scary human that was Culloden. Yeah. Just a humble nod. "Hi, Professor.... Is it just me or... Does it look a lot calmer in here?" Or maybe it's because Zander felt calmer.

Also, he noticed Kevin staring over at Cinna, so maybe he'd avoid that... Yeah, instead he'd go take a seat near the front of the classroom because he really really needed to pass his OWLs. See, this is what maturity was. Zander had it. He was going to be smart this term.
