He was smiling from mouth to mouth again, and bit his lip as another wave of tears hit him. He squeezed her hand, controlled the tears (which were OBVIOUSLY tears of joy) and held her gaze.
"You tell me if you're okay with it. You've already had 3 kids... do you want a fourth?"
