Halfway through raising her wand to her other eyebrow to cast the spell on it too, Brooklyn stopped as Professor Bellaire had spoken again. So they were going to have to keep their transfigured eyebrows and ears until the next lesson. She wasn’t about to freak out over that, like others were. She liked green, and while it really did stand out in comparison with the red of her hair, she could deal with it for a few days or whatever. Once she’d finished casting it again so her eyebrows matched. She wasn’t going to be like some people and have mismatching ones. Besides, she obviously still had her eyes and her head was still where it was supposed to be. Surprisingly no complaints from her.

But back to focusing on the spell, as she finally raised her wand to her non-green eyebrow. “Capillus colorum,” she said, focused on the color of the eyebrow she’d already changed. That seemed easier than trying to remember exactly what it was she’d thought of the last time. Especially since she refused to have mismatching eyebrows. She didn’t stop focusing until her other eyebrow turned the same pretty shade of dark green, though. Matching. Yep. They looked kind of interesting with the blue of her eyes, too, as she leaned forward to peer at herself even closer in the mirror. Almost like they changed the color or something. Still weren’t green like Cersei’s eyes, but that was okay. Green eyebrows were okay for now.
