She knew how important it was especially for some to have people there. "Yes, there will be no one saying that. The ones that don't show I'll send my team to their facility to have a meeting individually. This will get talked about." She was determined to have everything finalized before the season started. "I can't say that I could ever see her dealing with anything." She was a piece of work.
"No they aren't, it's really starting to get frustrating." Did they realize the stress they were putting on the department to get new talent? It seemed not or if they did they just didn't care. Her own son was losing out on opportunities because of it. "I think our camps will help keep up want for it, but I do think maybe a league of our own might have to happen." She knew the u17 league was around, but something more for more people to get the experiences.
Taking thought about the retires Victoria was trying to line the next few off seasons in her head, "Well some do try to play past their prime, I give them all the credit in the world for doing it." She could never play at her age, she couldn't at a younger age she was sure of it. Best that she stayed behind the scenes. "Well I look for some last minute trades to push through which is always a headache with the paperwork." Thankfully not many did things during the season.'
"Thank you." It was always great to have such support from her boss. She smiled down at the flyers, "They really did, I love the colors in them."
