Sighing quietly and chewing on her lip she began to make a sketch of the constellation Pegasus. It wasn't all that good really but it was enough for her to continue on with the next step.
Carving. Keeping the parchment with her sketch beside the pumpkin she set down the quill and picked up her wand pressing the tip lightly to the pumpkin. "Punktumus!" she muttered softly but with intent and force, the wand tip changing into that of a blade and easily poking a small hole into the pumpkin. Twisting her wand a little she somewhat was able to make a small hole which she hoped resembled a star.
One star down and several more to go.
Zeke put down his quill, happy to prolong the pain of having to write long and coherent sentences. "Cool," he said to Hady, turning in his seat to face her proper. "Which did you pick?" he asked, again, eager to hear more, and eager to procrastinate.
In fact, if he was still TECHNICALLY carving or whatever, he didn't need to write, so picking up his wand once more, he decided to just neaten up some of his handy work. "Punktumus," he recited, evening up some of the star holes.
