He scooped out an entire section of it and then plopped it on his plate. That looked like enough carrots for now.

Actually, no. Destiny hadn't moved over to the Slytherin table or ANY of the tables just yet.

Sure, she had been thinking about going up to the staff table, since it would, most likely, be the only time she would have EVER had the chance to sit in the THRONE that was always up there, but since that table and that chair was nowhere in sight, the next best place was at the food table.

And well, she just had to stalk Carter to make sure he got her everything she wanted, now didn't she?

She was standing at at the other side of the table, peeking around the giant cake that she didn't even try to stick her finger into for small little taste, and only when she was absolutely SURE he placed enough carrots onto his plate, did she make her way over to him. He was going to eat the rest of the stuff, right? She didn't want any of that. "Do you think the food still tastes good? Did they get new house elves to do their cooking? How long do those things live for anyway?" Curious, that was all. She still didn't like them.
