Tiara figured she may as well join in. After all, if you're going to come up with a game, you should be willing to play it, right? She moved closer to the group and interjected. "I'll do it!" I'm not a professional by any means."
And she wasn't entirely sure she knew all the motions, either, but she'd try her best. "I'm a little teapot, short and stout. Here is my handle," she bent her arm into a crook and placed it on her hip, "here is my spout." Her other arm extended out in front of her, bending her hand into a spout. "When I get all steamed up, hear me shout. TIP," she began to bend, "me over and pour me out!" She finished the song with a flourish, bending so the spout almost touched the ground. Then, she made a mock bow to all the applause she should be getting.
Wait, wait, wait... The professor was taking on a dare?! That was so awesome! Kate loved a professor that would be strict when she needed to but a joy to be around all the same. She grinned in anticipation and watched the professor sing and dance. When she was done, Kate clapped lightly at the bow. Kate was really glad Tanner was one of the professors assigned to the Ravenclaws! It made little eleven-year-olds feel not so frightened about going away to school.

"Thank you very much," Bambi winked, "Kate, right?" After this little conversation, Bambi most definitely needed to remember this cutie pie's name, and she wanted to make sure she wasn't memorising the wrong one.
"You're welcome," Kate answered. Nodding, she added,
"Yeah, I'm Kate. Kate Addison." Wow! She hadn't really expected to be called the prettiest girl in the room, especially by an older girl. She couldn't wait to write home and tell her mom about that one!

"Alright, everyone. Grab your last s'mores, cookies, hot chocolate, and whatever else the elves have brought up. Time for bed!" They definitely needed to be well rested for their first lessons tomorrow.
Seconds later, the party had come to a close. Kate thought they'd be sleeping here, but even she had to admit that she was ready for her bed. Her new bed, since this was her first night in it and all. She finished off her snacks and put them away.
"Thanks for the party," she told Tanner and Kittridge.
"Goodnight, everybody."
She motioned for Corrigan and Janelle to join her in leaving if they wanted to. After all, they were new dormmates!
