Janelle was lucky. Her sister had told her a little something about each of the professors she knew. Her tip for Astronomy was to be sure to use the lint roller before entering the classroom. So Janelle stopped at the little table and took a moment to de-lint herself from head to toe. When she was finished, she walked into the classroom.

With raised eyebrows, Janelle noticed the pumpkins on each desk. What pumpkins had to do with Astronomy, she could not imagine. "Guess I'll find out soon enough", she thought to herself. Spotting the Professor, Janelle headed toward his desk. "Hello Professor Flamsteed. My name is Janelle Guidry and I'm very excited for Astronomy class." After that, she made her way toward the desks and sent out a general greeting. "Hello everyone."

Seeing an empty seat next to Zhenya, Janelle said, "Hi Zhenya!. "I hope you don't mind if I sit here." Then she eased into the seat and dropped her bookbag on the floor. Shouldn't be long now.
