Bambi breathed out in relief as she seemed to pass a certain inspection. "I won't, Professor," she nodded, and smiled at her before walking quickly into the office. Once out of her eyeline, Bambi winced. That smile might have been an overkill. Ah well.
Sitting down, the blonde took a moment to take in the dark wood and leather seats and instantly felt much more at home. This looked like her father's office.
She set her bag down neatly by her crossed ankles and waited until Professor Bellaire had returned to her seat before she began speaking. "Like I said, I'm a seventh year and starting to look beyond graduation," well, starting wasn't exactly the right word, but whatever. "We've yet to meet in class so you should know that I have always been fascinated by Transiguration, and have somewhat of a knack for it. I was hoping you could tell me a little about what Transfiguration is like outside of school? My teachers back at Salem always focused on working towards becoming an Animagus, but I want to know, aside from that, what else is out there," she said, her voice steady and just slightly monotonous.
She'd read up about this, of course. She knew that, other than the obvious academic route, there were many jobs that required advanced knowledge in Transfiguration but she wanted to hear about them from the expert herself. She had a lot more insight to offer, and could perhaps recommend certain paths. And she may have stopped reading half way through her collection of books and magazines on the topic. It had been... a little dull.
