Bambi checked her watch and breathed a sigh of relief. She still had plenty of time until she needed to head to her next class. Luckily for her, seventh year included a lot of free periods, and this one just happened to merge with lunch which gave her the perfect opportunity she'd needed to speak with the Transfiguration professor. She'd eaten, rushed up to brush her teeth and make sure she looked presentable. Then she'd spent fifteen minutes trying to find this office.
Eyeing the closed wooden door, Bambi lifted a hand a knocked three times, loud and clear and confident. She'd been looking forward to this talk ever since she left Salem last June; she was ready. She was prepared. She needed this.
Nodding to herself, the blonde tucked her skirt in and took a seat on one of the couches. She deftly pulled out the notes she's written and rewritten over the summer and began reading, her whole body alert for any sound from the office of Professor Bellaire. Her entire future depended on this talk. Or, well, something less dramatic but equally as important. She needed to give this her 100% and nothing less.
Biting her lip, Bambi continued reading, her lips quietly shaping the words she knew off by heart. Any minute now.
