Unsneakily sparing a glance at Caleb's book, he scrunched his nose for a moment. History of Magic prep. He puzzled over offering help...but didn't know if that was good?...or not. Some people didn't appreciate being offered help...as they thought you were picking on them or calling them stupid.

"Really?" Caleb said, blinking at him. That wasn't the answer he had anticipated...but it was interesting. He perked up a bit and looked at the pile that he had in his hands. Hmmmm. He knew he should probably mind his own business, but...

"What do you want to brew? If you don't mind me asking," he added quickly. He was afraid that the Ravenclaw was like a baby deer - come on too strong, and POOF! There goes the prefect out the door.

But you can't just say you're going to brew a SUPER HARD potion and then NOT talk about it! This was on him, really.
