Cheerful whistling preceded the arrival of Professor Moxley. The tune was one from an old muggle sitcom the brunette had gotten into during her time studying the subject she was now lucky enough to teach. One hand held a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the other a tall glass of milk, necessary if Meredith wanted to keep her energy up during lesson planning. And that was the plan for today, getting ready for the kiddos. SPEAKING of kiddos, there was one hanging right in Moxley's waiting area.

"Nice set up, isn't it? The guy tried to bump up the price on that big clock there but I said noooooo siree, Bob." She paused, admiring the clock with a smile. "No really, his name was Bob. I said noooo siree, Bob, you can't go back on our deal and wouldn't you know? He didn't. Got that baby for next to nothing!" It was a gem!

"So you just taking a breather or can I help you with something?"

Emmylou wished she had something that she could give to the new professor but she didn't know this professor all that well or what he or she ever liked and besides she hadn't even met the professor yet. Her blue eyes caught the attention of a very beautiful clock. Her dad and her would always go out and go look for bargains for at these little mom and pop shops and Emmylou just loved those kind of stores and to see the smiles on the owners faces just made her happier.

Emmylou heard a really cheer voice? It sounded cheery and excited. The fifth year looked towards the voice and smiled brightly. "Hello. I really love it! It reminds me of my Uncle Warren's house and a bit of my house back in Alabama." Emmylou said with her smooth southern twangy accent. She really liked this professor so far! "I really love it! It's so beautiful. My dad and I go to these mom and pop shops in Alabama, Louisiana and some in Florida during the summer to go shopping and last year we found a clock similar to that one just ours is a little smaller. The guys name wasn't Bob though, I think his name was Fred." Fred sounded about right.

"I'm just here to welcome you to Hogwarts."
