"I'm doing fine, so far anyway. I was just wondering what happens next and.........when we get to eat. I'm really hungry." Then another girl came over, clearly they we're friends and the two girls began to talk. Janelle figured that she'd better start meeting her housemates soon. There were friends to be made.

Eden smiled and nodded. Janelle. Hmm. She couldn't place....her place.....she wondered if maybe she knew the girl from a muggle school----no that wouldn't make sense. Eden hadn't been to a muggle primary school since she was ten. And this girl was probably...eleven, twelve? So that didn't make any sense. Hmph.

Ugh. Food. Eden rolled her eyes and nodded at the Staff table. "Basically--when the woman with the red hair gives the speech, we can eat. She takes...for...EVER." Her feelings for Truebridge were not....fond. Not at all. "I'm...starving, too." she said and slumped a little in her seat.

"Was the train ride good for you?" she asked curiously. She could only imagine being eleven...and new....on the train...oh my.

SPOILER!!: Adi

He discreetly took up position next to the firstie as he waited for her to finish talking to Eden. When their conversation was at a pause, Adi tapped her on the shoulder. "Congrats, Janelle! I sort of guessed you'd be a Claw too. I know a certain frstie that fell into the Lake hoped you'd be in Hufflepuff." His eyes went to Eden. ''Hey, Eden. How are you?"

Eden looked up, hearing her name. It hit her that.....she knew quite a bit of people here. She felt at home here. More so than she felt at Durmstrang. Not that she didn't love her old school--but Clara was here. Phe was here. Cutty was here...and countless others. Yes.

"Hey Adi!" she saluted the boy. "How's it going? I'm good, yeah! Had a weird train ride--" she didn't need to go into specifics, but it was. She got cookies from Puck, though. That was always a plsu.

Rorie finally decided that she would talk to Eden about all kinds of things. She didn't want to feel like this anymore, not when E had so many people fighting for her, too. Especially, if one of those might be her best friend. Might. It's still might. Whatever they might've or might've not done was pre-Rormien times anyways. It didn't bother her, nope. Why would it? Damien was just a friend, dude. Just a friend.

...still...weird.

She traveled over to the blue table when she finally got a glance of Eden. 'Cept she didn't see dumb ol' Clara there before. Ugh. Ror had completely forgot she had to see it constantly now. She rolled her eyes, facing her back at Clara, "EDEN, I would very much like to talk to you." She glanced over her shoulder disgustingly, "Preferably not near evil entities."

Text Cut: THE CONFRONTATION

Damien had been seated at the Gryffindor table, minding his own business when he'd seen a flash of pink slip away from the Slytherins to approach the... Blue table, Raventalon? it was something with birds, regardless, Damien's first instinct had been to excuse himself from Nemo and the other Gryffindors and head over there himself, and he did just that.

She seemed to be talking to someone and she didn't look very happy about it, frowning slightly, Damien turned his head to see who it was-

Eden? Right, she was a Talon or whatever, and Rorie had made it obvious they knew each other earlier with that weird freak out thing she'd done earlier - which, btw, he still had no idea what that had been about. - but, why did it seem so tense between them? Damien was so caught up in the mystery of all this as he approached that he casually forgot he had sort of, kind of, kissed both girls and had even met and flirted with the other girl - the one Rorie had her back to - before. "Rorie, you ruined the plan," Damien admonished, standing next to his partner in crime, his smile was genuine, but his blue gaze watched the girls cautiously. There was something here, something big that he couldn't see and Damien was determined to get to the bottom of it. "Eden, hey, good to see you," He nodded casually, first toward Eden, then to the girl by her side, the one with the beautiful red hair and intelligent eyes.

Damien Anderson-Belfort had no idea what he'd just walked into.

Eden finally turned back to Clara, who seemed to be kind of down, and she just...she didn't notice her pink-haired friend approach. And if she had, she might have hidden. She didn't know how to handle Rorie. She had no clue what to do---or what to say. She adored Rorie so much--valued her as a friend, and felt like she NEEDED Rorie. But she didn't want to lead Rorie on--and she really needed to stop kissing her.

Oh.

She heard her voice---Eden turned around and her blue eyes widened when she saw Rorie---closely followed by the Damien--WHAT THE BULLSNAP. WHAT. WHAT EVEN. Eden was about to faint. Why was HE here with HER? They were trying to kill her. Her cheeks tinged red, and she just swallowed nervously and nodded at Rorie.

"Uh--yeah--we can talk--I just--" she glanced at Clara--"I don't--don't be mean--" she said softly, and then glanced up at Damien, too.

Ugh UGH UGH UGH UGH.

"Hiiii Damien--yeah--you too, buddy--" Please go away Damien. NOT NEAR RORIE.

Oh MErlin.

OOOOOH MERLIN.

Eden was about to have an anxiety ATTACK.

She nodded at the Grey Lady, though, and hoped the ghost would just...yeah...not want to talk to her because she felt like she couldn't completely and coherently THINK right now. "Evenin', Miss--" she squeaked. Merlin's. Pants.
